Out of all conceivable and practical ways for stress relief, now I find this the best. Never mind the quality, and perhaps the slight disturbance it may bring to the family and possibly neighbors - as long as it does not contribute to anybody else stress - music is really worth ones time and effort to be indulged in. To become mindfully and mindlessly submerged in the synchronicity of the chords and rhythm of any songs and, better yet, sing your lungs out to the matching tune, is perhaps the best thing to do - other than golf, sex, writing, reading and hugging the kids, in random order.
